  1. Currently working at GE Capital International Services (GECIS) as a Process Developer (Team Leader) in Mortgage Insurance Process. Joined GECIS as a Process Associate in February 2001, promoted as a Process Developer in November 2002. The profile includes leading two teams of 22 members & achieving desired organizational goals. The process involves extensive decision-making, verifying the data with the customer which may affect the status of the loan and processing of Insurance Policies of Mortgage Loan Applications.

 

Current Assignments/Responsibilities:

    • Responsible & answerable for the team’s performance.
    • Preparing monthly PMS’s & annual/quarterly EMS’s (Appraisal Report) of the team members. Giving appropriate feedback to the team members and taking care of their developmental needs. Motivating the team to add value & achieve desired goals collectively.
    • Calculating VIC (Incentive) on a monthly basis for the team members.
    • Doing Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) to find out developmental areas related to both the process & team members and them working towards Process Improvement.
    • Weekly conference calls with the customer to discuss the performance of the team.
    • Delegating various responsibilities to team members thereby working towards expanding their knowledge domain & grooming them for the next level.
    • Lean Spoc of the Mortgage Insurance process.
    • Other responsibilities include Preparing Productivity & Error Report on daily basis, Maintaining Leave Tracker, Coordinating BCP-DRP Test, & preparing Shift Roster on a weekly basis.
    • Also looking after the Developmental Training for the team members and nominates them for specific Training Modules as per their requirement and eligibility.
    • Performing Y3 (TAT) Analysis on weekly basis to find out the root cause for the loans missing TAT and sending out the reports to the customer.
    • Doing Quality Check on daily basis and preparing Error Reports.
    • Preparing Volume Trend, Weekly Review, Dashboards, Touch Time Analysis and Mortgage Status reports on weekly basis.
    • Doing Exception Analysis on weekly basis and sending out reports to the Customer.
    • Performing SOP Validation with the Customer every quarter.
